The location of the hotel is great, situated right by the beach. There are plenty of activities to do during the day, such as water polo or volleyball, and there is even a 5-star block for those looking for luxury. the rooms are bright and cleaned regularly, with large bathrooms and plenty of fruit in the buffet breakfast.

Some staff members were not very polite or accommodating to guests, which made for a disappointing experience.

From my room I could see the sea. 30 minutes drive to the airport. Pool available in the hotel.

Nothing it was perfect.

We loved the variety of food and drinks available throughout the day, including traditional dishes and an Italian restaurant. The entertainment team was friendly and provided enjoyable activities by the poolside. Cleanliness was well-maintained, and we found the hotel facilities suitable for families. Additionally, the location close to the beach and fountains was convenient for us.

For us, it was ideal.

Amazing water park with loads of slides and attractions for all ages. the beach is only a few minutes walk away. we enjoyed the all-inclusive offer and the fact that the drinks were always available.

The hotel is quite old and some areas are not properly maintained. the food was not very tasty and the options were limited.

Great food, attentive staff, comfortable room, fantastic entertainment team for children and teenagers, lots of bars and cafes, plenty of activities for children.

We had a great stay at this place. The location was perfect, right down by the beach. We loved spending time near the fountains or on the beach terrace, it was so relaxing. The service was exceptional, from the moment we arrived, we felt taken care of. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist us. The room amenities were top-notch, with air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. We also enjoyed the delicious food options available throughout the day. it was a wonderful experience.

The hotel was in close proximity to a beautiful beach with clear blue water, and the pool and slide facilities were excellent for both kids and adults. The dining options provided a wide variety of food that catered to everyone's taste buds which was great.

The room need some maintenance and updating in terms of room furnishings. the service received during meal times could be improved, as some staff members would remove plates too quickly, which made it seem like we were being rushed through meals.
